Meet Wenxin

Twenty-six states later,
Denver became home.

From growing up in China and studying in Silicon Valley to marketing, digital nomad life, and full-time real estate—the path was not straight, but it taught me what finding the right home really means.

I do not just sell houses.

I help people find a life that feels like theirs in a new city.

01

Growing up in China

Wenxin grew up in China before moving to the United States as an international student. Living between two cultures shaped the way she listens, communicates, and helps people feel at home in an unfamiliar place.

02

San José State University

She studied at San José State University in the heart of Silicon Valley, then began her career in marketing—including work with Hims & Hers. That experience taught her how to understand an audience, tell a clear story, and turn complicated information into something useful.

03

A digital nomad across 26 states

Work became location-independent, so Wenxin took the long way toward finding home. She lived in 26 states, experiencing firsthand how climate, cost, community, pace, and access to nature can completely change everyday life.

04

Choosing Denver

Denver was the place that brought everything together: sunshine, four seasons, career opportunity, city resources, horses, trails, camping, and the mountains. After seeing so much of the country, choosing Colorado was an informed decision—not an accident.

05

An unexpected turn into real estate

After a layoff, Wenxin decided to try something new: real estate and content creation. She built those two paths while also working in marketing at DISH Network, using her professional marketing background to explain Denver neighborhoods, housing, and Colorado life in a more honest and approachable way.

06

Full-time real estate, fully personal

In December 2025, Wenxin left DISH Network to become a full-time real estate agent. She does not want clients to feel like transactions. She likes becoming friends with the people she serves, staying connected after closing, and sometimes introducing them to the Colorado life she loves—including taking clients horseback riding.

Life beyond the closing table

Friends, dogs, horses, and the Colorado outdoors.

I want clients to meet more than an agent. I want them to know a friend who truly lives here and enjoys sharing the people, resources, and experiences that make Colorado special. The best client relationships may begin with a home, but they do not end at closing.

Living the Colorado life

On the mountain, in the saddle, and underwater.

Loving a place is not only about housing and work. It is also about having room to explore, try new things, and build a life that feels genuinely yours.
